The 96, 16 and 3a trams stop just down the street from the hotel. Great place and the breakfast was lovely with make your own buffet and eggs of your choice made to order but definitely worthwhile getting. Room was nice and serviced well each day.

Only down side was a fair bit of road noise, especially trans, and lots of noise from Saturday night revellers but I live in the country so am more sensitive to city noise than most.
